The following RnR Retreats are open for submissions.
Key West RnR Event 2026
Applications will open 1 May 2026. Our 2026 Key West Recovery Vacations will start on Sunday 6 September 2026 for 1 night in Ft. Myers, then 5 days / 4 nights at the Sunset Key Guest Cottages in Key West. Each selected family will be assigned a Ft. Myers hotel and a cottage in Key West upon being selected and notified by email before or after 14 August 2026*. Deadline to apply is 1 August 2026. 5 Families will be selected.
Veterans RnR Event 2025
Applications Open on 2 August 2025. Event will be hosted at the Sandpearl Resort & Spa, Wyndham Grand, and the Hyatt Regency Resort located in Clearwater Beach, Florida. Event starts on Monday 10 November 2025 and ends Friday 14 November 2025. Selected family will be assigned to one of the three resorts upon being selected and notified by email on or before 20 October 2025. Deadline to apply is 5pm on 17 October 2025.

Applications open on 1 November 2025! Selecting 20 families. These events will be hosted at the Sandpearl Resort & Spa, Hyatt Regency Clearwater and the Wyndham Grand Resort, all located in Clearwater Beach, Florida. The event starts on Memorial Day, Monday, 25 May 2026 and ends on Friday 29 May 2026. Selected families will be assigned to one of the three resorts, upon being selected, families will be notified by email on or before 8 May 2026. Deadline to apply 26 April 2026 at 5pm.
