Meet Miss Troop Rewards 2017 - Danielle Wainwright

During her twelve year career with Hyatt Hotels, Danielle has worked at Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill in Washington DC and has held positions as Front Desk Agent, Concierge, Sales Administrative Assistant/Coordinator and now Sales Systems Administrator & Marketing Assistant at Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa.   Danielle’s father, David Wainwright, was a Sergeant at Orange County Sheriff’s Office. Her stepfather, Robert Martin, was Lieutenant at Seminole County Sheriff’s Office during his civilian career while also serving in the US Navy during Operation Enduring Freedom at CENTCOM, EUROCOM and at the Pentagon as Intelligence Specialist 1st Class. Her brother, Kristopher Wainwright, served in Afghanistan as a Specialist in the US Army in support of Operation Enduring Freedom as their stepfather had before him. Her uncle, Dennis Wainwright, was serving in the US Navy onboard the USS Forrestal when the historic fire broke out on the aircraft carrier’s deck in 1967. Other family members of Danielle’s are currently serving our country in the US Navy, US Army, and Air Force JROTC. She also had two grandfathers who served in the Army Air Corps, and two great-grandfathers as well as a Grandmother who served during WWII.   "I have experienced the struggles of hugging my loved ones goodbye with a heart full of pride and prayers against the unknown. I have been blessed with the overwhelming joy and relief of welcoming those same loved ones home safely after their tour(s) of duty abroad.  Words cannot describe the humbling honor and overall excitement I felt being asked to represent Troop Rewards as Miss Troop Rewards 2016; being an official part of such an astounding, life impacting mission to serve other military families in reconnecting post-deployment!"
